1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MaxTrust Fitness Club services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Membership Terms

Membership in MaxTrust Fitness Club is subject to the following conditions:

• Members must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian
• All membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Membership privileges may be suspended for violation of club rules
• Members are responsible for guests and their compliance with club rules

3. Health and Safety

Members acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks and they participate at their own risk
• They should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program
• They will immediately discontinue exercise and inform staff of any discomfort or injury
• They will follow all posted safety guidelines and equipment usage instructions

4. Facility Rules

• Proper athletic attire and closed-toe shoes required at all times
• Clean and return all equipment after use
• Respect other members and maintain appropriate behavior
• No outside food or beverages except water
• Cell phone conversations should be kept to a minimum and taken outside workout areas

5. Limitation of Liability

MaxTrust Fitness Club, its employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of facilities or participation in programs, except as prohibited by law.

6. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate membership with 30 days written notice. MaxTrust Fitness Club reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for violation of these terms.

8. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or posted notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
